The HI The Hague committees do this by helping (new) students discover their student city, showing them the hotspots, stimulate getting together and building a social network.
Team Events

To create a warm welcome for students (Dutch and international) who (start their) study in The Hague by organising events to get to know the student city, come together and connect with other students. Every year there are two editions: the introduction week after the summer vacation and the winter program in November/December. The team members are responsible for the event organization from A to Z, including promotion of the events in order to sell tickets and grow the online and offline following.
Team Reporters
The Reporters are the content creatives within HI The Hague. They show and share the hotspots of student city The Hague, and inform about more serious student topics within the city too, by making great (video) content for Instagram (and secondary TikTok) that helps build the student community.
