Libraries in The Hague have also set up more than 1,000 study areas where you can study at your leisure and consult (study) books and publications. You can use these study areas free of charge. Library The Hague
You will find The Hague Library in various locations all over the city, with the Central library situated in the heart of the city centre. This makes the library a perfect meeting spot in The Hague. A place where you can study and find lots of study material. You do not have to be a member to make use of the free study spaces, read books or search for information in the library.

While you're in the library... have a look around in the library cabinets. The best place to discover all kinds of stories. In the library you will not only find books, but also magazines, newspapers, games and DVDs. You can borrow these with a library card. The Hague Library offers students a special membership for only € 10 per year.
Reading rooms in the Royal Library
You can also study in the reading rooms of the Koninklijke Bibliotheek. The KB's reading rooms are accessible to reading room pass holders. Anyone aged 17 or older can request a free reading room pass. More information about membership.
